​Having worked with thousands of players and coaches from all levels we understand the need to have a vast understanding of the game and what makes players, coaches and teams successful. Since we are aligned with Canada Basketball's Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model for athlete development, we understand the importance of emphasizing and creatively teaching the foundational athletic building blocks to the players we work with.

Our coaches boast an impressive array of skills and experiences but most importantly are passionate about helping people. We commit to putting the needs of the players under our care at the forefront and recognize that meaningful relationships are the foundation for growth and learning.

There is a great need for quality basketball instruction at both the recreational and competitive level in the Greater Ottawa Area (and beyond) and we are humbled that so many players, parents, coaches, teams and associations continue to seek us out to meet their respective goals.
