How it works?
The 7-Day course consists of between 60-90 minutes of daily instruction and workouts that can be completed any time throughout the day. 
Some areas that will be covered in the course:
  • What are the shooting 'anchors'
  • Shot preparation
  • Developing a shooter's mentality
  • Importance of feet, feel and rhythm

Mike possesses the rare combination of having been an elite shooter throughout his playing career* and, more importantly, has studied and synthesized what it takes to help others have the same success.

A certified educator, Mike has combined his professional knowledge and passion for creating an effective learning environment with current sports research to create this dynamic course. Through personal stories, video evidence and live interaction you are sure to benefit from his ability to communicate the pillars of being a great shooter.
