Our renowned shooting clinics have become one of our most popular offerings.
We offer two types of shooting clinics:
1. Cornerstone (2 levels) - These are designed for all ages and levels.
Focusing on fine tuning form and building better habits. The Cornerstone curriculum addresses form, proper shooting warm up, technique/error correction, shot preparation, repetition and building successful shooting habits. Clinics include a FREE 30 minute parents session designed to help reinforce concepts and techniques at home. These clinics can accommodate up to 30 players.
2. IQ Booster - These sessions are designed for competitive level (serious players). The goal of this clinic is to help players understand how elite shooters practice, but more importantly how those shooters make shots when it counts. Some of the areas that will be covered include: what is a good shot, shooting in rhythm, in range and in the zone, how to develop a shooter’s mentality, and more. This is a 5-hour intensive clinic that includes 2 hours on court for session #1 followed by a 1-hour film session and another 2 hours on-court for session #2. Generally works best when run on a Friday evening and Saturday morning. These clinics can accommodate up to 30 players.
