Clinic FAQs

  • What level of player are these clinics for?
As a general rule, our clinics are open to all levels.  All we ask is that players come eager to learn and grow. We provide high level teaching so these clinics are not suitable for players who aren't committed to improvement. That being said, our 'True Competitor' Clinics are designed for current and aspiring competitive level players.

  • What's the competition level like at the clinics?
While the level of competition may vary slightly from one clinic to another, there is nearly always suitable competition for the varying levels of the players.

We occasionally have a player or two who is significantly better than everyone else, but these players understand that they can grow as leaders and improve their basketball IQ regardless of the level of players around them. As long your child understands this too, it won’t matter much who they’re competing against through the clinic.

  • Can I register my son or daughter who is younger (or older) than the posted ages?
The simple answer is 'no'. We do sometimes make allowances but those will considered on a case-by-case basis. That being said, we often have programs running at the same location and will move players up or down in order to ensure the player is appropriately challenged.

  • Will you be offering any other clinics closer to where I live?
As much as we'd like to accommodate everyone's location, we simply can't. It's not uncommon for families to drive 30+ minutes to attend our programs because the high level experience they receive. So, don’t let distance be a deal-breaker for you. Where there’s a will, there’s usually a way.

  • What is the refund policy?
1. Cancelling more than 7 days before the start of clinic: Full refund minus $25 processing fee or full credit to future program.
2. Cancelling inside 7 days (1 week) before the start of clinic: Full credit to future program OR 50% refund (late cancellation)
3. Cancelling once clinic has started: No refund

  • Do you offer pro-rated registration if we can't attend all 3 days?
We do not. Our clinics tend to fill up so we can't hold spots for partial registrations.

  • Can my child be in a group with their friend/family member?
We try our best to accommodate these type of requests but we cannot guarantee we can make it happen in every situation. Our priority is ensuring we have balanced groups that give every participant the best opportunity to have a positive experience.

  • If I have a credit on my account what do I need to do to use it?
Our registration software should give you an option to apply your credit when you go to register for another program.
