summer 3 on 3 league

The most effective and enjoyable way to improve - 3on3 basketball!

The sessions will be broken down as follows:
  • Skill/concept breakdown (25 min)
  • 3on3 gameplay (55 min)​
First session will act as a sort-out and opportunity to create balanced teams.
Details
​Ages: Entering grades 6 to 8 (Co-ed)
When: Thursday, July 21, July 28, August 4, August 11 & August 18 (5 sessions)
Times: 6:00 - 7:20 PM 
Locations: Redeemer HS, 82 Colonnade Rd
​Cost: $175 +processing fees
Why 3 on 3?
  • Players touch the ball more (greater involvement)
  • More room to maneuver and be creative
  • Easier to grasp concepts like: spacing, cutting etc.
  • Greater emphasis on skill and learning HOW to play rather than strategy
