This is for players that want more REPS.

You will get intentional touches of the ball that will supplement whatever training you are doing (club team etc.).

Sessions will be designed to refine existing skills, experiment with new skills & concepts, prepare players to execute what they’re learning in games and to strive to fall in love with improvement (to reach their own potential).

Sessions are co-ed.
Session Flow
  • Skills (shooting, attacking, passing, decision-making etc) - 40 min
  • 3on3 (and 4on4) Gameplay (constraint-based to work on various concepts) - 50 min
