Laboratory (ləˈbɒr.ə.tər.i) : a place for testing, experimentation or practice.
In a lab, it’s not about doing things you already know work. It’s about exploring better ways of operating, without fear of failure. The problem for many young players is that exposure circuits, games and showcases can expose weaknesses if you're not good enough yet. Seeking exposure before getting good sets players back. The solution is to get better before being seen. Let's get better, not exposed. The Players Lab Summer Course is the place to explore without the in-season pressures of playing time, impressing coaches and scrutinization of scouts. In the lab you will get to struggle forward in a judgment-free environment. We have intentionally designed this course to have you experiment in the “edges of the sandbox”. No more playing it safe - it’s time to discover strategies to find comfort in uncomfortable situations. This course is for players that want to compete with like-minded players that value growth over status, courage over comfort and are committed to pursuing joy rather than succumbing to fear. |
